THE ROLE: As the Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of driving sales across Scotland for a market-leading portfolio of surgical energy products used in operating theatres. Your customers will include NHS and private hospital theatre teams, procurement departments, and clinical stakeholders. This is a consultative, solutions-led sales role where you’ll educate, demonstrate and support the use of highly specialised equipment used in procedures across general surgery, gastroenterology, urology, gynaecology and more.

THE PERSON: To be considered for this Key Account Manager position, we are looking for:

* Experience in medical devices sales
* OR clinical experience in an operating theatre environment (e.g. ODP, theatre nurse, scrub practitioner) with the drive to move into sales
* An ambitious, bold personality with excellent networking skills
* A growth mindset with strong commercial awareness
* A proactive and confident communicator, capable of building trust and influence
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Scottish territory

Their products are trusted by clinical teams to deliver safety, efficiency, and precision in theatre. THE PACKAGE FOR ACCOUNT MANAGER:

* Basic salary: £45,000 – £50,000
* Bonus: £20,000 OTE (uncapped, with potential to exceed £40,000)
* Hybrid company car
* Benefits: laptop, mobile phone, pension scheme
* Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Location: This Account Manager position covers Scotland – ideal for candidates based in or near Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee or Central Belt with access to NHS boards across the region.
