Job description
Our Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice, ensuring we deliver the highest quality care to our NHS and private patients .
We are looking for a dynamic individual with good interpersonal skills, who can manage various aspects of the practice including targets and finance, compliance, staff rotas and supervision and HR.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self motivated and able to inspire and motivate our excellent team of clinicians and nursing and OT staff
Requirements
Experience managing an Orthodontic or Dental practice. Experience working in the NHS and advantage but not essential
Good organisational management and time management skills .
Duties
* Managing the day to day running of the practice to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, including building management
* Managing financial aspects of the practice including budgeting, billing, and accounting
* Supervising and supporting staff, providing guidance and training to enhance performance.
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve practice efficiency and effectiveness
* HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and staff evaluation
* Ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards within the practice
* Facilitating a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
* Ordering and controlling necessary supplies and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time but part time / flexi time/ some WFH available
Pay: £30,420.00-£35,622.23 per year
