Duties will include Administration duties and ordering of supplies. Answering phones and dealing with the public on a daily basis and carrying out general tasks to ensure a smooth and effective flow within the Day Area. Working closely with the Senior Nursing and Medical team would be expected, good communication is essential. Knowledge of Computer systems used within NHS Scotland would be beneficial but not essential as training would be given. The successful candidate will be well organised and able to communicate with a wide variety of staff, service users and the general public and have appropriate knowledge and skill of IT packages.
