Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Professional, based in the Greater Lincoln Area, United Kingdom. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective clients, building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships, presenting and demonstrating the company’s solutions, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and stay informed about company offerings, market trends, and customer needs.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in sales, client relations, and managing customer accounts
* Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presenting technical or complex concepts
* Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting sales targets and managing multiple clients simultaneously
* Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic sales environment and to learn new technologies
* Relevant experience in life sciences, biotechnology, genomics, or a related field is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
* Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools is desirable
