.Abatec are excited to be partnering with a well known Manufacturing company in Weston Super Mare. Due to recent growth, we are now seeking Production / Assembly Operatives to join their busy team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with experience or interest in engineering, assembly, or manufacturing. You’ll play a key part in assembling components, using technical drawings, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout production. Key Responsibilities: Carry out assembly using technical and engineering drawings Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Follow work instructions and production schedules Perform inspection, testing, and quality control tasks Adhere to all health and safety procedures in a workshop environment What's in it for you? Full time role, 3-day weekend every 2 weeks! Temp-to-Perm opportunity No weekends!
