As part of our in-house creative agency, the B-Hive, you will lead photography and video productions for some of the most recognisable brands in the beauty industry, including No7, Soap & Glory, and Liz Earle.
What you’ll be doing
In this dynamic role, you will:
1. Produce high-quality photography and video shoots while overseeing the creative generation of CG/AI assets.
2. Develop strong relationships with clients, presenting creative ideas and leading production calls.
3. Write detailed production briefs that translate brand visions into actionable plans.
4. Collaborate with stylists, photographers, and creatives to ensure seamless execution.
5. Maintain key project documents, including timelines and budgets, while liaising with external suppliers.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
6. Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a creative role, with demonstrated involvement in delivering creative projects, campaigns, or shoots.
7. Strong technical understanding of production processes.
8. Experience in a creative setting with a passion for all elements of production.
9. Proven ability to run shoots and manage studio operations.
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
11. A proactive nature and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

13. Knowledge of creative workflows and asset management systems.
