Sales Coordinator – Horsham area, West Sussex
£35k-£45k + excellent benefits

The Role
You’ll work closely with senior commercial leaders, acting as the engine behind their day-to-day activity.
Managing communication.
Keeping momentum on deals.
Making sure nothing slips.
It’s part coordination, part account management, part commercial support.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing inboxes and customer communication — prioritising what matters
* Coordinating calls, meetings and customer activity
* Following up on actions to keep deals moving
* Preparing proposals and quotes accurately and quickly
* Building relationships with smaller / developing accounts
* Supporting tenders and pulling together high-quality submissions
* Working with marketing on targeted campaigns
* Helping organise events and customer engagement activity
* Acting as a true commercial support — not just admin
What They’re Looking For
* Experience in sales support, internal sales or account management
* Highly organised — you stay ahead of things, not just react
* Strong communicator who’s comfortable speaking with customers
* Commercially aware — you understand how sales works
* Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
* Someone who enjoys being part of a busy, ambitious team
