ROLE
* Working on a variety of machinery primarily guillotines, ensuring the machines are working to capacity and maximising efficiency;
* Running a Polar or Wohlenberg Guillotine
* Dependent on business needs there could be future opportunities to train/operate other machinery such as hand-fed platens, and automatic die-cutting machines
* Ensuring production orders are completed on time and in full, whilst maintaining accurate stock control;
* Maintaining and monitoring machinery;
* Packing and bundling materials, including manual handling;
* Following our procedures
EXPERIENCE
* Ideally would like someone with previous experience of running a Polar or Wohlenberg Guillotine
* Would consider someone who is looking to be trained up
* Looking for a standards and results driven individual, who is capable of working in a multi-skilled position, as part of a small, but busy team, and who possesses:
* A good understanding of health and safety techniques;
* Excellent attention to detail
* Team player behaviours (by this we mean someone who can be flexible with their time and tasks, and someone who enjoys working collaboratively); and,
* A proven track record of being reliable
