We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead commercial strategy and performance across two landmark Heathrow Airport hotels: Best Western Heathrow Ariel and Novotel Heathrow. This is a high‑impact role at the heart of one of the world’s busiest international gateways, where corporate, leisure, airline crew, and MICE business converge.
Education & Experience
- Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area
- Excellent understanding of airport‑driven markets: corporate travel, delayed flights, airline contracts, leisure stopovers, group tours, and MICE
- Highly commercial mindset with a data‑led approach to performance
