A well-established private organisation is looking for a proactive IT Support Analyst to join its collaborative IT team. This role offers hands‑on exposure across a broad range of technologies, supporting users in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
You’ll play a key role in delivering reliable, high‑quality IT support while contributing to ongoing improvements and projects across the business.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in a busy IT support or service desk environment (1st/2nd line)
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies and modern workplace tools
* Good understanding of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi)
* Ability to troubleshoot a wide range of hardware and software issues
* Confident communicator who can explain technical issues clearly
* Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities
* A strong focus on customer service and user experience
* Interest in developing skills and progressing within IT
Key responsibilities
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software and systems
* Troubleshoot issues across devices, networks and core business applications
* Support and maintain user accounts, access and permissions
* Assist with hardware and software rollouts and upgrades
* Log and manage incidents through a service desk tool
* Contribute to IT projects and system improvements
* Maintain documentation and user guides
* Deliver excellent support to both on‑site and remote users
* Participate in an on‑call rota for critical support
