Location: Rochdale
Salary : £30, – £35,

We are working with a well-established client based in the Rochdale Area who have been the Market Leader over the past 20 years. They have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor – to join their team. Working hours are Monday – Friday. Ad hoc travelling down South

Responsibilities:
Supporting Directors / Managers and Teams across all HR Processes
7. Responsible for the Day-to-Day Functioning of the HR Department – including Recruitment / New Employees / Learning & Development / Benefits & Payroll
8. Internal / External Recruitment – including Conducting 1st & 2nd Stage Interviews – Develop Relationships with Recruiters & Education Establishments
9. New Employees – Conducting Final Checks / Compliance Checks / Documentation in place for Payroll / Complete 6-Week Inductions Reviews /
10. Training / Development
11. Process UK Payroll / Support Company Pensions, Rewards and Salary
12. HR Queries
Profile:
13. Must have a minimum of 2/3 years’ experience within a HR Advisor Position
14. Generalist Experience needed
15. Must be able to travel down South twice a month.
16. Beneficial to have 1 year Payroll Experience – ideally have used Sage 50
17. Commenced CIPD qualification / CIPD qualification or HR Degree would be beneficial
18. Must have strong communication skills
19. Proven experience of influencing / impacting people across all levels
20. Organisational and Motivational skills
