Role details
Assessing and monitoring patient conditions, recognising deterioration, responding to emergencies, and making sound clinical decisions are key responsibilities. The role involves, but is not limited to, performing these duties effectively in diverse community settings.

* A car and valid UK driving license
* A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years
* Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and current nursing practices
