Are you a qualified Veterinary Nurse (RVN) looking for the next step in your career?
This is a busy, well established, but ever evolving mixed animal practice located in Crediton, Devon. They have a fantastic client base who appreciate their work and ethos to treat their animals as if they are our own. They get actively involved in community events and are always looking for ways to improve their client, patient, and staff care.
The clinic are proud to cover all their own emergency care so participation in their standby out of hours and weekend rotas would be required, but this is shared between all nurses meaning a 1:5 ratio, and you do not have to be onsite while on call it is purely a standby to assist the vets if they require help.
CPD is actively encouraged with a yearly budget and paid CPD days off, They currently have a nurse completing her AVN and two vets completing certificates in medicine and surgery.
So, what can they offer? Well, honestly hours are negotiable, full time, part time, they will consider options for the right person. Salary will be dependent on experience and hours.
