Delivery Manager (Agile / Transformation)

The Opportunity
Join a leading investment manager undergoing major transformation. You will own delivery across Agile squads, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, to quality, and aligned to business value.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, stakeholder alignment, and driving delivery excellence across technology and business change programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Agile delivery across cross-functional squads (Scrum / Agile)
* Own planning, prioritisation, dependencies, and roadmaps
* Track and manage risks, issues, and escalations
* Ensure delivery meets agreed quality and acceptance criteria
* Align stakeholders across business, product, and engineering
* Remove blockers and enable high-performing teams
* Drive reporting, transparency, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' delivery experience in tech, digital, or transformation roles
* Strong Agile / Scrum delivery background
* Experience managing plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders
* Track record of delivering outcomes on time and within constraints
* Experience with Jira and Agile governance (desirable)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
