About you
* Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
* Currently working towards APC with a clear goal to achieve MRICS
* Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience within a commercial consultancy setting
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively
* Full UK driving licence
What you'll do
* Support delivery of professional services including dilapidations, condition surveys, and building pathology reports
* Assist with contract administration and project management tasks
* Contribute to planned preventative maintenance schedules and reinstatement cost assessments
* Conduct defect analysis and technical due diligence
* Work closely with senior team members to gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of commercial instructions, progressing towards your APC and chartership
