We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Operative to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to excite the world of hospitality, this is the job for you!
The Person:
* Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
* Experience of OnQ, Micros & SAP
* Strong time management and organisation skills
* High-level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers
The Role:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Ensure all payment deadlines are met
* Support the management of all account inquiries and disputes
* Ensure cash handling process is being followed including float counts.
* Balance accounts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Build accurate financial reports and identify discrepancies
* Execute on tasks/requests as instructed by the General Manager
