Role
As SHEQ Coach, you'll be instrumental in embedding a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance across multiple sites. You'll:
* Carry out site visits, internal audits, and inspections across the region
* Support ISO accreditations (45001, 50001, and more)
* Drive improvements in incident and near-miss reporting
* Coach and guide operational teams on SHEQ policies and processes
* Lead on investigations and corrective actions to improve safety standards
This is a role with real autonomy; you'll be out on-site, influencing change and making an impact every day.

What We're Looking For
We're open on sector background - warehousing, logistics, healthcare, or other industries all welcome, but you'll need:
* Solid SHEQ or HSE experience (minimum 3 years)
* Exposure to ISO standards and audits
* Assertive communication skills — confident influencing across all levels
* A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to travel across sites
