Salary: £95-£100 per day

The Role:
We are seeking a committed and caring KS1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils in both classroom and small group settings. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality teaching and learning, providing tailored support to help all pupils reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support teaching and learning activities across the KS1 curriculum
2. Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
3. Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs
4. Encourage positive behaviour and engagement with learning
5. Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
6. Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to support pupils' progress
What We’re Looking For:
7. Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (preferably KS1)
8. A positive, nurturing attitude and a genuine love of working with young children
9. Good communication and teamwork skills
10. Ability to use initiative and adapt to the needs of the classroom
11. Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential
