The role: We’re seeking a Senior Account Executive to help drive the commercial expansion of our disruptive and fast-growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth start-up environment and make a real impact. You will be a vital part of the team directly responsible for bringing in new clients and scaling revenues across both of our products. We need an experienced salesperson who has a consultative sales approach, and a successful track record of winning new clients from prospect to close. You will focus on selling into large tech businesses focusing on verticals such as Social Media, Messaging and Gaming. You will ultimately be responsible for your own success, ensuring incremental growth in monthly recurring revenue, new logo acquisition and customer retention, whilst providing the best sales experience possible for our customers. What you will be doing: Developing and nurturing relationships in your target accounts Managing and qualifying multiple opportunities through the sales process to a successful close, in order to meet or exceed your quarterly sales quota for target accounts Acting as a trusted advisor and establish lasting relationships with senior executives Generating short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation Working with the Commercial team to prioritise opportunities and apply appropriate resources Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during sales cycles Exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis Tracking all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting in CRM Partnering with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts We’re looking for someone who: The ideal person for this role will be comfortable working in an incredibly fast-paced environment. Experience of sales & business development required to mid-market and enterprise customers, and experience of a start-up and/or SaaS business would be very beneficial. You are likely to have: Proven ability to develop, manage and close new business at senior (C-level, VP) in major and complex accounts Account Executive & Selling experience; Enterprise required, SaaS experience preferred Experience selling solutions in to large tech businesses such as Social Media, Messaging, Gaming, preferred Track record of success selling into mid-market and enterprise companies Consistently deliver on 6 figure deals Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles using solution-selling techniques Validated quota achiever (top 10% in your company) Proactive, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude working amongst the ambiguity of diving into a new market A problem solver, when the first approach doesn’t work, you are resilient in finding other ways of making things happen Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel, some international required Feel like you don’t meet every single requirement in this post?
