Overview

Job Summary

The Salesforce Enablement Manager for Werfen North America is responsible for driving the roll out effectiveness and adoption of the Salesforce platform across North America Commercial Operations. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the strategy and roadmap for the platform in partnership with Global Commercial Operations and Information Technology (IT) teams with a focus on enabling teams through optimized tools, training, and strategic initiatives. The Salesforce Enablement Manager will act as a change agent within North America Commercial Operations, to drive continuous improvement and establish best practices for the organization. This individual will focus on optimizing user experience and maximizing Salesforce adoption to drive business results across North America Commercial Teams.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

1. Lead the roll out of to the North America Commercial Teams in close partnership with Worldwide Commercial Operations, IT and consulting partners
2. Lead training, communication, and adoption efforts ensuring strong alignment with Sales, Marketing and Service leaders driving accountability
3. Partner with commercial users to optimize business process, gather business requirements, review user stories, and manage documentation, testing, and on-time delivery of system roll out and ongoing prioritized improvements
4. Analyze system performance metrics, ensure data quality and usability, and recommend process improvements to enhance user experience and business outcomes
5. Design and build dashboards that give insights into commercial adoption and leverage to develop and reinforce enablement strategies
6. Lead North America strategy including building a commercial roadmap and driving ongoing system enhancements that increase adoption and enable Commercial Operations efficiency and effectiveness
7. Manage priorities of projects and enhancement requests ensuring alignment to strategic objectives
8. Responsible for creation and maintenance of training and educational materials.
9. Serve as main point-of-contact for user issues and support including documentation of break fix issues and drive to resolution
10. Keep abreast of new features, best practices and provide recommendations for adoption and business process impacts
11. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience for the position:

Education:

17. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field required.

Experience:

18. 7+ years of experience in sales software implementation and or support, commercial field support, or related field experience required, Administrator Certification preferred.
19. Experience in medical diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare technology preferred.

Management has the discretion of substituting relevant work experience for a degree and/or making exceptions to the years of experience requirement.

20. Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into execution
21. Strong understanding of commercial operations, CRM systems, go-to-market models and business process design
22. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and align cross-functional teams and executives
23. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
24. Exceptional attention to detail, customer service and results orientation
25. High level of business acumen and history of driving tangible results within a global, multi-division organization
26. Demonstrated ability to think critically about programs or process changes and provide recommendations for improvement

Travel requirements:

Ability to travel up to 15%, both Domestic & International Required.

The annual base salary range for this role is currently $, range to $, range. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and particular business needs.

This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, k plan retirement benefits with an employer match, as well as paid vacation and sick leave. Our sales roles are eligible for participation in a commission plan and our management, and select professional roles, are eligible for a performance-based bonus.
