We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our team. Duties
* Liaise with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
* Organise and source Market appraisals
* Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering any queries.
* Excellent telephone and customer service skills
* Conduct periodic inspections and produce reports
* Complete referencing
* Engage with landlords and provide feedback at all times
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including trends and pricing.
* Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to lettings transactions.
* Utilise various marketing strategies to promote properties effectively.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the office.

* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to clients.
