Hours: 35 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (up to 1hr unpaid break)

Are you an organised, creative individual with a passion for community engagement? RIG Arts is seeking a proactive and enthusiasticProject & Business Administratorto join our small team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a multi-award-winning, socially engaged arts charity that harnesses creativity to drive positive social change.
Based at our busy Greenock studio, you’ll be central to managing daily office operations and coordinating a diverse range of community-driven arts projects, supported by a part-time Business Administration Assistant (18.5 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage office operations, reception, stock control, and asset logging
* To support daily running of RIG Arts studio and procurement of supplies
* To coordinate workshops, community programmes and events
* To manage project delivery, evaluation/consultation, budgeting & risk assessments
* To support project reporting
* To support new business opportunities and quotes
* To liaise and build good relationships with freelance artists, staff, and partners
* To support ongoing recruitment, PVG checks, freelancer onboarding, and volunteer coordination
* To support scheduled social media, newsletters and marketing campaigns i.e. Galoshans Festival
Business Administration/Project Management Experience Essential
Please note that regardless of existing PVG’s, the successful candidate will still have to apply for one via RIG Arts due to new Scottish Law.

We’re looking for someone who:
* Brings strong admin/project management skills and attention to detail
* Communicates clearly and works well across teams and with the public
* Has experience with digital tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and online survey platforms
* Is confident working with budgets, spreadsheets, and financial platforms like QuickBooks
* Creative and community-minded
* Is comfortable managing multiple strands of work and juggling priorities
* Cares about accessibility, equality, and the power of creativity to build community
* Flexible and adaptable
You’ll be supported with a thorough week induction, ongoing on-the-job training, and regular check-ins with management. You’ll work closely with the Ceo, Funding Manager, and Business Administration Support to ensure a strong, joined-up approach across all areas of work.
