Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; responsible for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas. All activities are conducted in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety protocols to promote a safety-first culture across all activities.
* Managing the project Document Management System(s), including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining accurate data in line with internal and external requirements. Ensuring documentation is properly receipted, checked, monitored, registered, and distributed to project teams, clients, supply chains, and contractors.
* Providing professional administrative support to team members efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Leading a team of document controllers and/or assistants to deliver exemplary document management services. Developing and implementing procedures and guidance notes to support effective team performance.
* Building strong relationships with clients, supply chain, project teams, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of document management systems.
* Providing regular progress reports on document status, including drawings, RFIs, TQ registers, and technical submissions, as required by the project or contract.
* Maintaining confidentiality and secure storage of documentation and drawings, adhering to company and project security standards.
