Salary: Circa £29,000 Applications: CV Reporting To: Warehouse Manager Role Purpose The Fulfilment Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of outbound fulfilment operations, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. This role leads warehouse operatives on shift, maintains operational pace and standards on the warehouse floor, and works closely with Stock Control Team Leaders to support stock level accuracy and availability. The Fulfilment Supervisor plays a key role in protecting service levels during both core trading and peak periods.
