We are looking for an exceptional Regional Manager to lead a London region across a diverse, high‑volume multi‑site operation. This opportunity will particularly suit leaders from fast‑paced retail or high street hospitality environments who thrive on visibility, pace, people leadership and commercial performance.
The Role
As Regional Manager, you will lead a team of Area Managers, taking full ownership for regional performance, operational execution and people development across a dynamic London‑based estate. This is not a role for someone who prefers to lead from behind a desk. Success will come from being highly present in the business, building strong teams, driving accountability and creating an outstanding customer experience in every location. The successful Regional Manager will play a key role in shaping the next phase of the company's growth as it continues its ambition to become the market leader in its space.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and inspire a team of Area Managers to deliver exceptional performance
* Build a high‑performance, service‑led culture across the region
* Drive sales, profitability and operational excellence across multiple sites
* Develop future leadership capability and succession within your teams
* Ensure consistency, standards and pace of execution across all locations
* Use data, KPIs and commercial insight to identify opportunities and drive results
* Partner closely with senior leadership to support growth and business transformation
* Act as a visible and energetic leader across your region
