Ideal Recruit is currently recruiting Class 1 Shunter Drivers for a well-established client based in Sheffield.

Job Role
* Safely moving trailers and vehicles around the yard
* Coupling and uncoupling trailers
* Positioning vehicles at loading bays
* Carrying out basic vehicle checks
* Ensuring all movements are completed safely and efficiently
* Following site safety rules and procedures at all times
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Hold a valid UK driving licence (HGV licence preferred but not essential, depending on site)
* Have previous shunter or yard experience (preferred)
* Be confident manoeuvring vehicles in a busy yard environment
* Have a good understanding of health & safety
* Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Pay & xsngvjr Shifts
* Competitive PAYE rates Days £16.50 and Nights £17.92
* Shifts:
* Friday, Saturday and Sunday
* Ongoing work with potential for long-term opportunities
