The Role:
* Providing legal advice to companies on a wide range of issues, including contracts, regulations and compliance.
* Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
* Assisting with company formation, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.
* Ensuring that businesses adhere to relevant laws and regulations and general legal compliance.
