Mission
Build commercial foundations by supporting strategic projects and converting innovative ideas into real business opportunities.
What will be your responsibilities
* Lead sourcing activities: Market analysis, supplier selection, pre-qualification and tendering process (e.g. RFQ’s and ITT’s)
* Pricing: Supporting pricing models and cost build-ups.
Profile and requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent;
* MCIPS or equivalent is preferable but not essential;
* Minimum of 2 years experience working within Defence, Aerospace, Public Sector or relative regulated industry;
* Familiar with Procurement Act 2023, an awareness of Single Source Contract Regulations (SSCR), and knowledge of DEFCONs and DEFSTANs;
* Understanding of contract types including; Firm Price; Cost Plus/Cost Reimbursable; Framework Agreements;
* Desirable experience working with infrastructure contracts including but not limited to NEC;
* Experience handling change control and commercial risks;
* Holds SC security clearance or must be willing to obtain it.
* Collaboration skills to support working with internal departments (e.g. production, engineering, operations, commercial, finance, legal)
* Strong organizational and time-management skills;
* Attention to detail and accuracy;
* Team player and strong communication skills;
