Are you an experienced Care Professional looking to step into management? We're seeking an exceptional manager with leadership ambition, preferably with Birdie experience (although this is not essential) and a Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).

A dedicated care professional with previous management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership skills to support and develop our amazing team of Angel caregivers
A problem solver, motivator and a champion of quality care
Solid understanding of CQC regulations and compliance to maintain our high quality care standards
A driver with access to a vehicle as some travel will be required

Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
