We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys a challenge to join our team as a Payroll Finance Assistant based in our Head Office in Yateley, Hampshire About the Role Joining our team as a Payroll Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will play a critical role in managing payroll data, processing payments, and addressing any discrepancies that may arise. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information. A strong understanding of payroll systems and processes, coupled with excellent communication skills, will be essential for success in this role. Experience of internalising payroll would be desirable to explore that as a potential future project. The role will be responsible for a number of payrolls across the various legal entities within the Trescal zone for UK and Ireland. Additional areas of the role are employee related transactions, such as expenses, company car management, P11D compilation and filing and pension administration. Proven experience in payroll processing and finance operations. Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems, such as ADP, Cintra and Sage payroll. Understanding of general accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
