Parts Supervisor
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime and occasional Saturdays as required.
Hourly Rate: £14.40 - 15.00
You will support the day-to-day running of the parts department and showroom, helping to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain efficient stock control. You will also support the team and act as a key point of contact in the Manager's absence.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service in person, by phone, and email
* Support the daily operation of the parts department and showroom
* Process sales, quotations, orders, and customer enquiries
* Assist with stock control, stock checks, and stock transfers
* Maintain high showroom standards and product displays
* Promote products and maximise sales opportunities
* Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards
About You
* Experience in a retail, showroom, parts, or customer-facing role
* Sales experience with a customer-focused approach
* Knowledge of horticultural or agricultural machinery/products
* Experience with stock control and inventory management
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident using IT systems and handling transactions accurately
* Team player with the ability to work independently
