As a SEN Teaching Assistant in this outstanding Tower Hamlets school, you will be: Supporting students with SEMH needs, including ADHD and challenging behaviours Helping across Key Stage 1 and 2 in the afternoons Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to support children’s learning and emotional needs Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment Assisting with personal care when needed (including nappy changing What We’re Looking From a SEN TA: Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role A good understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection Someone who’s caring, patient, and a real team player Relevant training or qualifications are a big plus!
