We are seeking a dedicated and resilient English Teacher with strong experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to join a supportive and inclusive school setting. This role is ideal for a practitioner who can deliver engaging, differentiated English lessons while supporting learners with additional needs including SEMH, ASD, ADHD and literacy barriers. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons across KS3–KS4 * Differentiate effectively to meet EHCP and SEND requirements * Support pupils with SEMH and additional learning needs * Implement behaviour and regulation strategies * Track progress and adapt teaching to improve outcomes * Work collaboratively with SENCO, pastoral and support staff The Ideal Candidate: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) * Proven experience teaching English * Strong SEN / SEMH classroom experience * Confident behaviour management skills * Committed to inclusive, relationship-led practice This is an excellent opportunity to make a measurable impact within a setting that prioritises inclusion, progress and student wellbeing.
