Key Responsibilities:
* Review and process PCN appeals, ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines.
* Handle public enquiries via phone, email, and post with clear, professional communication.
* Maintain accurate records on case management systems and meet tight deadlines.

What You'll Need:
* Experience in appeals processing, customer service, or local government administration.
