The role is for a global brand shaping the healthcare products market. The successful candidate will bring ideas to the table, influence the brand strategy and take full ownership.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop the innovation pipeline for the brand.
* Expand the global marketing toolkit, including selling decks, NPD proposals and marketing toolkits.
* Work with the broader brand team to develop strategy.
* Create compelling, crisp, digital‑first global brand communications.
* Collaborate with local marketing teams to evaluate brand performance.
* Take ownership of the global A&P budget, ensuring maximisation and strong ROI.
Skills & Experience Needed
* Strong blend of brand and innovation experience (concept to execution).
* Consumer‑facing wellness brand experience.
* Experience at a global scale – local experience is advantageous.
* Background in consumer goods (e.g., retail, healthcare).
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* A strong personal passion for healthcare.
