You’ll take ownership of cost planning, contract negotiation, and risk management from project inception to completion. You’ll play a key role in ensuring commercial success while maintaining quality and client satisfaction. Salary - £65,000 - £75,000 pkg Duties * Lead cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control across projects * Manage contracts, variations, claims, and disputes * Oversee tendering and procurement processes * Deliver accurate cost reports and financial forecasts * Identify and mitigate commercial risks * Mentor junior surveyors and foster team development Requirements * Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management * Full UK Driving Licence * Previous experience of working within utility/civil engineering contracting, for a utility sub contractor
