About Property Deals Insight (PDI)

Property Deals Insight (PDI) is one of the UK’s leading PropTech and Data Intelligence platforms, helping property professionals make smarter, faster investment decisions.


Our platform provides real-time valuations, rental yields, ownership insights, and portfolio analytics to investors, brokers, lenders, and large corporates.


2025 has been a breakout year for PDI — we’ve secured multiple five- and six-figure multi-year B2B data contracts with major industry players and continue to convert a growing pipeline of high-value prospects.


Having already won clients from established incumbents such as TwentyEA and HomeSearch, we’re now expanding our team to accelerate that growth curve and strengthen our position as the UK’s No. 1 property data and AI provider.


The Role

This is a part-time, remote, high-commission role for someone with energy, initiative, and the ability to talk to estate agents, investors, and business owners with confidence.


You’ll:

* Prospect and connect with estate agents, property sourcers, investors, brokers, and corporate clients.
* Present and promote our platform and AI-powered solutions.
* Convert inbound leads and generate your own pipeline through outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls).
* Close platform subscriptions and B2B data contracts.
* Maintain accurate records of your activity and results.


You’ll work directly with the Founder and CEO for guidance and product insight — but this role is built for self-starters who can create momentum and deliver measurable results.


Compensation Structure (Compliant & Rewarding)Base Pay: £1,000/month (approx. £12.50/hour for 20 hours/week – compliant with 2025 UK minimum wage).

Commissions: 15–25% on all new sales (platform or B2B).

Renewals: 10% ongoing on client renewals.

Accelerators:

* +2.5 % commission once £10K new revenue/month is achieved.
* +5 % commission above £20K new revenue/month.


Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses (£5K–£10K) for £50K–£100K new revenue.

OTE (On-Target Earnings): £3,000–£10,000+/month depending on performance.

Equity Options: Available for top performers after 6 months.


This is an uncapped commission (unlimited OTE) structure — how much you earn depends entirely on your performance and ability to convert opportunities into revenue.


Hours & Contract

* Hours per week: 20 – 25 (flexible working)
* Job type: Part-time / Temp-to-Perm / Commission (OTE)
* Contract length: 12 months initially (renewable)
* Location: Remote (MUST be UK-based and required to join for team events occasionally)

* Previous experience in property, PropTech, or B2B sales is critical.
* Confident communicator — able to build rapport with agents and investors.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
* Excellent phone, LinkedIn, and email communication skills.
* Ambitious and hungry for success — keen to turn a part-time role into a long-term career with unlimited earning potential.
