A new Paralegal role has opened up in our Employment team. This role is open to our offices in Leeds, Bristol, Birmingham and London.
The Employment team primarily acts for employers, supporting them to improve employment practices, manage workforce issues, defend employment litigation, and mitigate risks.
The role
A vacancy has arisen for a Paralegal with a sound level of experience in litigation processes to join our Employment team. On joining the team, you will handle aspects of employment litigation such as disclosure, document and bundle collation and preparation, preparation of correspondence and draft pleadings, and case management.
What we are looking for from you
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
* Experience dealing with employment law issues and/or Employment Tribunal claims under supervision
* Experience in litigation and case management under supervision (preferred)
* Practical and commercial approach
* Drafting and legal analysis skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to build interpersonal relationships with clients and colleagues
