Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Cardiff. As the Associate Director of Sales, you will oversee sales operations and lead sales team activities to achieve company targets and objectives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include training and mentoring the sales team, monitoring performance, and collaborating on growth strategies to expand the company's market presence.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, including the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Strong skills in Customer Service and building long‑lasting client relationships.
* Experience in Team Management, mentoring, and overseeing the performance of sales teams.
* Demonstrated ability in Business Development and identifying opportunities to expand market presence.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on results‑driven performance.
* Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
* Background in the real estate industry is a must plus a calm manner during stressful moments.
