The Role As a CNC Miller Setter / Operator / Programmer, your responsibilities will include: Setting and operating 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling machines Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to BS / ISO standards Completing first-off inspections, prove-outs, and quality checks Meeting production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Inspecting components using micrometers, verniers, gauges, etc. De-burring parts using various hand tools Working both independently and as part of a team Carrying out any other duties deemed appropriate The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who has: Proven experience setting and operating CNC vertical milling machines Strong knowledge of tooling and precision measuring equipment The ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Good computer skills with a solid understanding of CNC programs Excellent attention to detail and communication skills The ability to plan work and use initiative with minimal supervision A strong work ethic, flexibility, and a positive attitude The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Willingness to work occasional overtime, sometimes at short notice A motivated mindset and strong team-player qualities Experience Required Setting and operating 3-axis / 4-axis CNC milling machines: minimum 3 years Setting, operating, and programming CNC machines: minimum 5 years CNC Milling experience: minimum 5 years Please click Apply now for this excellent opportunity as a CNC Programmer
