We are a premium independent VAG specialist garage in Harlow, currently recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a VAG Technician, Audi Technician, VW Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or experienced Motor Mechanic looking for dealer-level work in a calmer, more supportive environment.
Our workshop specialises exclusively in VAG Group vehicles and is equipped with main-dealer diagnostic systems, modern tooling, and a high-quality working environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs
* Advanced diagnostics and fault-finding
* Mechanical and electrical repairs
* Working on VAG Group vehicles (Audi, VW, SEAT, Škoda)
* Completing work to manufacturer and industry standards
* Maintaining high levels of quality control and efficiency
Skills & Experience Required
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic
* VAG experience preferred (Audi, Volkswagen, Škoda, SEAT)
* High attention to detail and strong work ethic
* Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
