The Role
As a Sales Processor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of customer orders from initial enquiry through to production and delivery. You’ll act as a vital link between customers, sales, and production, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Liaising with the sales team to confirm order details and specifications
* Preparing job tickets and ensuring all information is production-ready
* Communicating with production teams to track job progress
* Managing customer queries and providing updates on order status
* Checking artwork files and specifications (training can be provided)
* Raising invoices and handling basic administrative tasks
* Maintaining accurate records within internal systems
About You
* Previous experience in a sales support, order processing, or administrative role (print industry experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/order systems
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude

* Experience within the print, signage, or packaging industry
* Knowledge of print processes (digital, litho, large format, etc.)
* Familiarity with artwork file formats (PDFs, bleed, crop marks, etc.)
