OFSTED Registered Manager – 4 Bed EBD Home (Stoke-on-Trent, ST10)
Salary: £60,000 (including bonuses)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated OFSTED Registered Manager to lead our brand-new 4-bed Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home in Stoke-on-Trent. Key Responsibilities
Provide strong, child-focused leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
Oversee daily operations, compliance, and management of the home in line with OFSTED regulations.
Build, develop, and inspire a team of dedicated care professionals.
Ensure individualised care plans and positive outcomes for all young people.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain a “Good” or “Outstanding” OFSTED rating.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting.
Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Excellent leadership, safeguarding, and communication skills.
Passion for achieving the best outcomes for children and young people.
