The Role
We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Digital Growth Manager to lead our multi-channel digital marketing strategy within a growing financial services business. You will own content planning, digital PR, social media thought-leadership, SEO and GSO initiatives, paid media, and brand presence. This role requires a data-driven, performance-focused professional who can translate insights into action, manage budgets, collaborate with teams, drive measurable business growth, while ensuring all activity remains compliant and on-brand.
Reporting to Senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing and executing our digital marketing activity across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
Own the content calendar and thought-leadership initiatives
Lead digital PR, social media, and multi-channel brand presence, with a focus on LinkedIn
Drive organic and paid growth through SEO, GSO, AI-driven search, and paid media campaigns
Manage budgets, track ROI, and provide performance analytics to stakeholders
Monitor and analyse performance metrics (ROI, KPIs), turning insights into actionable strategies.
Collaborate closely with sales and compliance teams to ensure campaigns meet regulatory standards
Oversee external agencies and suppliers where required
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, AI-driven search, and best practices. You will be a confident digital marketing professional with experience in regulated or professional services environments.
Essential skills and experience:
At least 2-5 years proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, or Digital Growth Manager, ideally in regulated or professional services.
Proven ability to generate high quality leads and experience with Google Ads campaigns
Strong experience in content planning, copywriting, SEO, GSO, and analytics.
Solid understanding of paid media, CRM systems, website management, and social media marketing.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insight into action
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable:
Experience in financial services, wealth management, pensions or professional services
Understanding of FCA marketing and financial promotions rules
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation
Experience with tools such as; SEMrush, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Wix, Canva, ChatGPT, Buffer, Sprout Social, Hubspot

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Package: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience level
