We are a reputable firm of solicitors specialising in civil litigation, conveyancing, family law and immigration services. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a proactive and driven Sales and Marketing Agent to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with sales and marketing experience to contribute to the firm’s success.
Role Overview
The Sales and Marketing Agent will be responsible for handling enquiries and leads from potential clients. The role involves converting leads, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the firm's marketing initiatives. While previous experience dealing with civil litigation claims, family law, conveyancing and immigration services is not essential, experience in sales and marketing is required. Full training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound client enquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Qualify potential leads and convert them into cases ready for vetting in line with the firm’s vetting criteria.
* Provide accurate information on the firm’s services and legal claims processes.
* Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and follow up as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in sales and marketing is essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently while receiving guidance from senior management.
* Target-driven with a proactive approach to ensuring case conversion.
* Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively.
Location: Office-based, Liverpool City Centre
Salary: From £25,000 per annum + Commission
