You don't need to have previous Optics experience, but you need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, ensuring every patient receives the best care in our stores. You also need to be attentive, reliable, keen to learn and have the customer as the focus of everything you do.

Within this role you’ll also be required to complete and post orders, receive and check deliveries, teach contact lens insert and removal, and give clear advice to customers on caring for their contact lenses. Not worked with contact lenses before? Don’t worry! We will teach you everything you need to know about contact lenses.
