We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor with a direct-to-consumer (D2C) and e-commerce background to join our friendly, fast-paced team in Harlow.
What you’ll do:
Respond to customers via phone, email & live chat
Handle orders, returns & delivery queries with ease
Make thoughtful product recommendations
Keep CRM & fulfilment systems accurate (Zendesk experience a plus!)
Collaborate with fulfilment & warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery
What you’ll bring:
Experience in D2C / e-commerce customer service
Warm, proactive communication style
Strong organisation skills & attention to detail
Bonus: a passion for sport or knowledge of Amazon/web sales
