An exciting Early Careers Resourcing Manager opportunity to join a dynamic and well respected HR Team in an equally well respected and well established business.

This exciting Early Careers Resourcing Manager opportunity is pivotal to the success of developing careers for graduates, apprentices and industrial placements, and will be responsible for the whole 360 cycle, ie. from attraction, selection, induction and embedding the recruit into their early career within the organisation.

Candidates grad/ grad calibre will have robust and leading edge experience within the early careers space, spanning apprenticeships, graduate intakes, industrial placements, and have up to date DEI 'best practice'. Excellent IT skills also required.
