Job Summary

The Global Partner Development Manager - GSI/MSP is responsible for overseeing one or multiple partners, implementing a targeted strategy for partner solutions or customer segments. This role is focused on fostering engagement, generating additional pipeline and revenue, and promoting the partner-led business model.

Key Business Objectives:

1. Position NetApp as the leader with Keystone STaaSsolutions
2. Increase the velocity of existing pipeline
3. Focus on partner top initiatives, drive to business-critical applications, cloud/aaS centric customer objectives, and revenue

Job Responsibilities

4. Manage specific solution areas and partnerships within a defined territory.
5. Implement the partner's GTM plan aligned with the solution area.
6. Identify new buyers and grow the existing customer base.
7. Coordinate account team efforts and align with the partner-led model.
8. Advocate for partners and develop actionable strategies using account intelligence.
9. Plan the development of partner solutions that address customer needs, utilizing Keystone.
10. Engage in an opportunity-selling cycle to close.
11. Build and nurture a network of partners and NetApp field contacts.
12. Drive revenue growth through driving a joint partner strategy.
13. Align NetApp partner sellers, leaders, and account teams in the territory.
14. Sales plans for NetApp solutions by account or vertical within the territory.

Education and Experience

15. Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience
16. Must have experience with large global SI's/MSP's
17. Expertise in enterprise strategic sales methodologies
18. Effective communication and interfacing skills at all organizational levels, including executives, within partner organizations
19. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, maintaining positive relationships
20. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
21. Deep understanding of the industry ecosystem, including partner business models, competitive landscape, and trends

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 174,250 - 259,600 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
