Job Description
The Disputes Partner will be:
* Developing the disputes practice, including bringing in work and hiring
* Driving and originating high-value mandates across corporate clients in the UK (contractual, professional negligence, shareholder, arbitration)
* Managing major cases, ensuring profitable delivery and client satisfaction
* Building your client network and leveraging contacts to grow business in the region
* Working with other UK offices to deliver cross-office support and share best practice
The Successful Applicant
The Disputes Partner should be:
* A solicitor at Director or Partner level with a background in Disputes work
* Proven track record of originating and winning high-value mandates and bringing contacts with you
* Strong leadership skills and experience building or running a team
* Excellent commercial acumen, client relationship skills and the ability to contribute to business development
* Comfortable working in a collaborative, multi-office environment and building regional presence
* Ties to Leeds
